Paul Bijhouwer, Buffalo District Civil Engineer, reports on the load test of a newly fixed crane on the barge that was formerly the USACE derrick boat, the "McCauley." The replacement of the aging crane and successful completion of the load test allows us to resume our mission while ensuring the safety of the public and the Corps of Engineers workforce.
