Exercise Arctic Anvil 19 officially kicked off with an Airborne operation by 4th Brigade Combat Team (Airborne), U.S. Army Alaska, paratroopers at Donnelly Training Area, involving a heavy equipment drop and more than 400 paratroopers. The day finished as 18th Field Artillery Brigade conducted a live fire of their High Mobility Artillery Rocket System as part of a Rapid Infiltration facilitated by a U.S. Air Force C-130 supporting exercise Red Flag Alaska.
