    108th Public Affairs Detachment

    South Carolina National Guard Soldiers with both the 122nd and 178th Engineer Battalions team up to repair a culvert on a road damaged by Hurricane Florence near Ruby, South Carolina, Sept. 30, 2018. During the peak of the storm response, the South Carolina National Guard activated approximately 3,400 Soldiers and Airmen to support civilian authorities and protect the citizens of South Carolina. The SCNG will continue with repair projects like this one where they are needed in the aftermath of the storm.
