FORT SHAFTER FLATS, Hawaii - The 9th Mission Support Command command group led physical fitness training Sept. 26. The intense workout broke Pacific Army Reserve Soldiers into seven squads and led them through a circuit of a HMWVV push, run, water jug carry, plank to step up, Meals-Ready-To-Eat stack, individual movement techniques to include three to five second rushes and high and low crawls, and a litter carry with over 80 lbs. of weight on each litter.
