A POW/MIA ceremony was held at the New Mexico Veterans Memorial Sept. 21. During the ceremony a flag was given at the end of a 24-hour commemorative run where a POW/MIA flag was carried by members of Team Kirtland who volunteered to recognize the sacrifices of those taken prisoner and/or missing in action.
