U.S. Army Medical Department Activity-Japan conducted its annual bilateral Tactical Combat Casualty Care training, or TC3, with members of the Japan Ground Self-Defense Force September 18th through the 20th. Thirty-four JGSDF members took part in the training, making it the largest turnout in the event’s 5-year history.
