Air Force's Personnel Center's video submission to Spark Tank 2019.
The Airman Digital Assistant will expedite the process of requesting support with potential to repurpose manpower to the operational mission. The devices will be used by Total Force Airmen, military and civilian, as a better way to find knowledge and or request support.
The Air Force would save time and recoup lost production due to Airman researching policy and/or finding the correct way to submit a ticket for help. Digital assistants are becoming common place, making this way of seeking knowledge more compatible with expectations of today's Airmen.
