The 167th Airlift Wing, West Virginia Air National Guard, is serving as a staging area for FEMA in preparation for Hurricane Florence. About 70 tractor-trailers with water, cots, blankets, food and fuel are expected at the Martinsburg, W.Va. air base. The supplies will be transported to local communities as needed.
