The deadline to opt-in to the Department of Defense Blended Retirement System is soon approaching. Certified Personal Financial Counselor Joanne Rodriguez, 509th Bomb Wing Airman & Family Readiness Center, explains some of the basic terms and conditions of the BRS as part of the Whiteman FYI video series. Whiteman FYI videos explain Airman and their families important news or developments to keep members of the command informed. Part of the series are "Why you're important" clips, which highlight to spouses and family members, as well as Airman, why and how everyone contributes to Team Whiteman.
