A Station Galveston 45-foot Response Boat — Medium boat crew arrives on scene to transfer three adults and two teenagers from Coast Guard Cutter Sea Horse after their vessel capsized approximately 2 miles offshore of Crystal Beach, Texas, Sept. 8, 2018.
