U.S. Marines conduct a special patrol insertion and extraction rigging exercise on Stone Bay, N.C., Aug. 29, 2018. Marine Light Attack Helicopter Squadron (HMLA) 167 supported the helicopter rope suspension technic masters course which certifies Marines in the ability to land and take off quickly in situations where the aircraft may have difficulty landing.
