Soldiers from 1st Battalion, 5th Infantry Regiment, 1st Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 25th Infantry Division and 4th Battalion, 23rd Infantry Regiment, 7th Infantry Division conduct a Combined Arms Rehearsal or CAR as part of their preparation for upcoming operations during Exercise Courage Ready 18-02 on Joint Base Lewis McChord. Soldiers created a terrain model on a field to use for situational awareness and as a briefing tool. The model shows the terrain they will be operating on, troop movements, and objectives.
Courage Ready 18-02 test units ability to rapidly mobilize and deploy to any emergency situation.
