The Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Harry S. Truman (CVN 75) returns from a regularly scheduled deployment. Harry S. Truman strike group has been deployed in support of maritime security operations and security cooperation efforts in the U.S. 5th and 6th fleets areas of responsibility. With Harry S. Truman as the flag ship, deploying strike group assets includes staffs, ships and aircraft of Carrier Strike Group Eight (CSG 8), Destroyer Squadron Two Eight (DESRON 28), and Carrier Air Wing One (CVW 1).
