U.S. Marines with Special Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force-Crisis Response-Africa 19.1 Ground Combat Element participate in a tactical recovery of aircraft and personnel training excercise at Camp Lejeune, N.C., July 10-12, 2018. TRAP allows Marines to insert into an area and tactically extract personnel, recover aircraft and destroy equipment, if necessary, in the event that an aircraft or ground vehicle have gone down. SPMAGTF-CR-AF 19.1 will deploy in the fall to conduct crisis response and theater security operations in Europe and Africa. (U.S. Marine Corps video by Cpl. Bethanie Ryan)
