The 189th Airlift Wing hosted the first ever Sink or Swim innovation challenge, inviting Airmen within the wing to present process improvement ideas and original inventions to the wing, with the hope that they will be funded and implemented throughout the unit. Ideas were presented to a panel of judges, composed of group commanders, and discussed with the presenter.
