U.S. Air Force Lt. Col. Teri Dawn Neely, a registered nurse with the 183rd Air Evacuation Squadron, Mississippi Air National Guard, commented on the Mississippi ANG's fast response to the Fuego Volcano relief efforts June 6, 2018, at Guatemala. The Mississippi Air National Guard C-17 Globemaster III aircrew from the 172nd Airlift Wing transported six children from Guatemala to receive medical treatment in the United States for burns and other injuries sustained during the recent Fuego Volcano eruption.
