An MH-60 Jayhawk helicopter aircrew from Coast Guard Air Station Clearwater, Florida, hoists a 53-year-old man suffering from chest pains Sunday, April 22, 2018 while aboard a 75-foot tugboat about 1 mile east of Satellite Beach, Florida.
