The Canandaigua VA Medical Center Phase I project kicked off with a groundbreaking, Apr. 10, 2018. Phase I work includes demolition of Building #2, construction of a Chiller/Emergency Generator Plant and Outpatient Clinic, and renovates Building #1. The partnership between the Department of U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Canandaigua Medical Center, Louisville District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Great Lakes and Ohio River Division, and the #USACE Buffalo Districts, along with leaders from local, state, and federal government have helped get this project to where we are today.
