Marines with Marine Rotational Force-Europe 18.1 honed their skills during non-lethal riot control training at Vaernes Garnison, Norway, April 3. The course taught the infantry Marines how to manage peaceful and violent demonstrators. The Marines practiced using shields, batons, inert OC spray and formations to diffuse various situations. This training was just one of many events Marine Rotational Force-Europe 18.1 plans to conduct during their time in Norway. (U.S. Marine Corps video by Cpl. Gloria Lepko)
