The newest episode of the Coast Guard Paratus Report is now live! The Paratus Report is a workforce news program focused at keeping Coast Guard members informed of what’s happening throughout their Coast Guard. The program is scheduled to air twice a month on the official Coast Guard YouTube channel, and right here on Coast Guard All Hands.

    New Enlisted Evaluation System
The new Enlisted Evaluation System is now in effect! There are now fewer and more objective competencies that align with the Commandant's leadership development framework, providing a better feedback tool for a member’s performance.

    Focus group opportunity
Let your voice be heard! Active duty members, both enlisted and officer, are encouraged to take part in a new women’s retention study and holistic analysis. Men and women can participate in focus groups to identify potential barriers to retention.

The Coast Guard will use the study findings to help retain a talented workforce. The focus groups are scheduled to begin this month.
