CIALES, Puerto Rico, February 3, 2018- Aida and Freddy show us their wooden home that sits undamaged on top of the mountain range in a sector that took a huge hit from Hurricane Maria. They share their mitigation best practices that helped their home survive and how they have learned through the process about awareness of location and proper materials. Aida and Freddy hope to soon be able to finish preparing their home for retirement and live the calm, breezy, quiet mountain life aging together in a safe and secure home.
