Recruits take Marine Corps Martial Arts Program classes to learn basic offensive and defensive techniques while training at Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego. Staff Sgt. Vincent Walters, Marine Corps Martial Arts Program instructor, Instructional Training Company, Support Battalion, teaches these classes and prepares the recruits to pass the MCMAP Test near the end of training.
