Soldiers from the West Virginia National Guard’s 115th Vertical Construction Company and 119th Sapper Engineer Company assist residents on Wheeling Island located in Ohio County, West Virginia following flood damage Feb. 19, 2018. The Soldiers provided equipment for small and large debris removal and helped local residents and city crews to remove more than 128 tons of debris from the area.
