Cold Regions Military - Collaborative Training Event enhances partner multi-lateral land force capacity and capabilities to develop military resiliency, address internal security challenges, and participate in regional peacekeeping, humanitarian assistance and disaster relief operations. USARAK facilitates discussion with international partners and Specialized U.S. Military Service teams in order to provide an opportunity to rekindle relationships in the Mountain Warfare profession, and conduct a structured yet informal sharing platform that will enhance future engagements, instructor changes and training events. The Colony Glacier mission highlights the U.S. Military's capabilities and demonstrates the interoperability between the different agencies and services involved.
