Cutlass Express 2018 is an exercise sponsored by U.S. Africa Command (AFRICOM) and conducted by U.S. Naval Forces Africa. Djibouti and Somalia are 2 of the 18 nations slated to participate in the exercise. Djiboutian and Somalian sailors practiced Visit, Boarding, Search, and Seizure (VBSS) procedures on the ship simulator located at Camp Doraleh, Djibouti, Feb 1, 2018.
