Staff Sgt. Jose M. Roviratorres, drill instructor, Instructional Training Company, Recruit Training Regiment, is trained as a Marine Corps Instructor of Water Survival at Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego, and he uses his training to teach recruits how to pass their swim qualification.
