ISABELA, PUERTO RICO - After losing his job due to Hurricane María, Héctor decided to re-build and reinvent his grandparent's community 'colmado', a smaller type of grocery store, and turn it into a modern pizzeria and artisanal bar while preserving the 'colmado' side and continue to supply the community. Thanks to the help of neighbors, friends, and family, Héctor has been able to continue financing and moving the project forward, and he is hoping set to open by the end of January.
