Utilizing the C130J Super Hercules powerful performance and tactical abilities, the 774th Expeditionary Airlift Squadron continuously accomplishes it's mission in an austere environment where other airframes have fallen short. The 774 EAS has a multitude of capabilities that include airlift, wet-wing defueling, aeromedical evacuation and airdrop of troops and equipment into hostile areas. Since 2001, the 774 EAS has been the only tactical airlift squadron in the area of responsibility.
