U.S. Army Staff Sgt. Hector Garcia tells of his experiences at the excavation site in the Quang Tri Province, Vietnam, August 2017. DPAA deployed to the area in hopes of recovering remains of men lost in a CH-46 Sea Knight helicopter crash in June of 1967.
