Recently the 553rd Air National Guard Band of the Northeast traveled to Lykens, Pennsylvania to perform Christmas music at the Upper Dauphin Middle School. The band performs both state and federal functions that include domestic and international tours, martial music for military ceremonies, public appearances in major civilian events, music for military balls and civilian functions connected with the ANG, community relations events, and services as guest artists.
