A Coast Guard boat crew aboard a 29-foot Response Boat-Small II, from Station Cape Disappointment, assists three boaters by towing them away from rocks and pilings near Hammond, Ore., Dec. 14, 2017.

The boaters lost engine power while fishing on the Columbia River and were pushed against the rocks.
