Hay Mark Wahlberg here and I'm Will Ferrell. You all understand the importance of physical toughness. You train and push your bodies to the limit preparing for "the fight". Training contributes to your physical and mental toughness. Sometimes you may feel out of control but remember you are human and it is normal to be challenged by stressful events and circumstances. Take time for your own mental health and get support early and often. Contact your local Community Counseling Center or call the DSTRESS line. Every one of you is important.
