A contractor works on the power lines while in a bucket truck in San Juan, Puerto Rico for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Many of the power lines and power poles across the island require work after Hurricane Maria hit the island on September 20, 2017. USACE has been tasked with power grid restoration and repair by FEMA.
