Maria ESF-10 PR responders salvage the sailing vessel Dragon Fly in Ponce, Puerto Rico, on November 22, 2017. The Maria Emergency Support Function 10 Puerto Rico Unified Command, which is comprised of the Department of Natural and Environmental Resources, U.S. Coast Guard, in conjunction with the Puerto Rico Environmental Quality Control Board, Environmental Protection Agency and the U.S. and Fish & Wildlife Service, is working to remove vessels that have been damaged and displaced by Hurricane Maria.
