Major General Craig C. Crenshaw, commanding general of Marine Corps Logistics Command and a Southern University Alumni, gives an interview comparing the determination and drive of the students from Southern University and Grambling State University to the fighting spirit of Marines, at an event in New Orleans, Nov. 24, 2017. The two schools would meet Nov. 25 at the 44th annual Bayou Classic football game, where Marine recruiters work to increase awareness and consideration of the Marine Corps as a career opportunity.
