For homes affected by Hurricane Maria the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, in conjunction with FEMA, offers the Blue Roof Program. The first step is for teams to go out and meet with homeowners to get a Right of Entry for the installation teams. We recently spent a day with one of our RoE teams as they went door-to-door in Aguadilla.
