Citizen-soldiers of 101st Troop Command of the Puerto Rico Army National Guard went to the town of Ingenioh (Inn-Je-knee-oh) in the municipality of Yabucoa (ya-boo-ko-ahh), Puerto Rico. Their mission was to deliver some relief supplies to assist with the recovery effort, upon arriving they handed out food and water and listened to the concerns of the townsfolk.
