Razor Talon is a monthly aerial joint-force exercise on the east coast of the United States coordinated by the 4th Fighter Wing, Seymour Johnson Air Force Base, North Carolina. During the April 2017 Razor Talon, TACP/JTAC members were on the ground simulating the capturing of an airfield while they coordinated and had support from the sky from F-15E's and A-10's. SSgt Houston Thomas, the lead TACP on the ground, describes this month's Razor Talon as well explaining his favorite part of being TACP and what it takes to get there.
