Sailors assigned to Naval Support Facility (NSF) Deveselu, attend a Halloween performance and party as part of an ongoing community relations (COMREL) project with Deveselu Elementary. Sailors have spent time working with the students, cleaning and maintaining the school over the summer break and they have also attended several holiday's and ceremonies at the school.
