Lt. Col. Scott Cheney assumes command of the Battle Group Poland at the Bemowo Piskie Training Area, Oct. 20, 2017. The 3rd Squadron, 2d Cavalry Regiment, along with the Croatian, Romanian, British and Polish Army, will train at the BPTA for the next six months in support of NATO's enhanced Forward Presence initiative.
