Preparation:
The Marine will start standing tall with their arms extended out the sides and the palms facing up.
Execution:
The Marine will take a quick step with the left foot behind the right foot. They will bring the right foot over, with a high knee, parallel to the left foot, and then will cross the left foot over the right foot, repeating for a designated distance. The movement comes from the hips; the upper body should not rotate.
Common Mistakes: - Not being the knee to hip height
