Colonel Roger T. Pukahi relinquished command of 103rd Troop Command to Colonel Neal S. Mitsuyoshi on 14 October, 2017.
The Change of Command Ceremony took place at the 103rd Troop Command Armory, Waiawa Armory.
Pukahi was the commander of 103rd Troop Command for two years.
He will now be the State Army Aviation Officer at the Joint Force Headquarters.
Prior to taking command of 103rd Troop Command, COL Neal S. Mitsuyoshi was the Director of the Hawaii Army National Guard Joint Staff.
103rd Troop Command is comprised of 23 separate units and detachments, located throughout the different islands in Hawaii. The mission of the 103rd Troop Command is to provide mission command, trained, and ready forces in support of federal missions worldwide and domestic missions within the state of Hawaii.
