Coast Guard shifts communications from Sector Miami to Sector San Juan, Puerto Rico, Oct. 12, 2017, after repairs to damaged equipment were completed. As part of the Department of Homeland Security team, the Coast Guard is linked directly to FEMA and the overall federal hurricane recovery phase of the response to Hurricane Maria.
