U.S. Marines with Battalion Landing Team 2nd Battalion, 6th Marine Regiment, 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU), under the direction of Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), alongside Amphibious Construction Battalion 2, and local civilian workers, clear a road to flight control towers in Puerto Rico on Sept. 26, 2017. The 26th MEU is supporting authorities in Puerto Rico with the goal of opening a ground supply route to the Federal Aviation Administration air control towers which manage all air traffic on the island of Puerto Rico.
