COLONEL DAWN LANCASTER:
"WE HONOR THOSE WHO ARE AND HAVE SERVED AND WE HONOR THOSE WHO GAVE THE ULTIMATE SACRIFICE. TODAY THERE ARE 82,558 MEMBERS STILL MISSING IN ACTION. 1,465 ARE AIR FORCE MEMBERS. SO AS A FELLOW AIRMAN I AM HONORED TO BE AMONGST ALL OF YOU TODAY. AS I KNOW EACH OF YOU, JUST BY YOUR PRESENCE AND YOUR GREAT SERVICE, PROUDLY HOLD THAT RESPONSIBILITY AND TOGETHER AS A GREAT NATION WE WILL CONTINUE TO NEVER FORGET AND NEVER LEAVE AN AIRMAN BEHIND."
