Members of Coast Guard Marine Safety Detachment St. Thomas deal with the aftermath of Hurricane Irma to their unit, homes and community, Saturday, Sept. 9, 2017. Although some Coast Guard crews around Sector San Juan and the U.S. Virgin Islands have received damage to their units, they continue to make it a top priority to conduct search and rescue missions and port assessments to ensure the safe continuous flow of commercial commerce in the ports of San Juan and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
