U.S. Marines with Mobile Training Team One, Special Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force - Southern Command, conduct a 20 kilometer hike with Panamanian service members from Servicio Nacional Aeronaval and other agencies at Agutin Santos Vinda Base, Panama, Sept. 1, 2017. The MTT conducted a three week course with the Panamanians composed of basic infantry tactics, marksmanship, and patrolling. The Marines and sailors of SPMAGTF-SC are deployed to Central America to conduct security cooperation training and engineering projects with their counterparts in several Central American and Caribbean nations.
