U.S. Marine Lt. Col. Brian Middleton, commanding officer of Marine Rotational Force Darwin, speaks about the purpose of the exercise and what elements had to come together to execute the humanitarian assistance and disaster relief training activity, Aug. 26, 2017. The exercise was held in the Village of Warruwi, South Goulburn Island, a remote location off the northern coast of Australia.
