A Coast Guard Air Station Sitka MH-60 Jayhawk helicopter crew medevaced a woman from the cruise ship Island Spirit near Pavlof Harbor, Alaska, Aug. 27, 2017. The 76-year-old woman reportedly fell down some stairs severely injuring her leg, which warranted the medevac to higher level medical care located in Juneau.
