PETERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Colo.- The sky grows dark and then light again over Headquarters, Air Force Space Command at Peterson Air Force Base, Colo. in this time-lapse video, shot during the solar eclipse on Aug. 21, 2017. Airmen gathered out front of the building to witness the event. Although the eclipse did not reach totality at Peterson, the moon did obscure 90 percent of the sun. (U.S. Air Force video/Dave Grim)
